About the company

Matis is a regulated French platform for art investment that enables co-ownership of high-value artworks through club deals. For each artwork, it forms a dedicated SPV and invites investors to participate by purchasing convertible bonds, with minimums of €20,000 and artwork valuations typically between €500,000 and €5 million. The company partners with international galleries to acquire the works and aims to resell them after a 6- to 36-month horizon, earning 20% of the resale profit. Its goal is to broaden access to tangible, blue-chip art across Europe by offering structured, regulated co-investment with professional gallery partners.
