- Record details of the chief complaint, history of present illness, review of systems, past medical history, social history, family medical history, disease risk factors, medications, and allergies.
- Record details of the physical examination, including pertinent positives and negatives, noted abnormalities, and the patient's general condition.
- Submit orders as requested by the medical provider and continuously check for order results.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
