Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of employees to effectively and efficiently run the branch according to the business plan.
  • Evaluate and make necessary changes to the branch's current practices and procedures to improve daily operations, prioritize work to meet timelines, and manage continuous improvement.
  • Track the branch's financial and operational progress and regularly provide metrics data to the regional manager.
  • Develop and manage the branch budget, including capital expenditures, and forecast budget expectations monthly.
  • Facilitate employee safety training.
  • Monitor inventory levels, purchasing, and the inventory budget, including reducing and controlling slow and obsolete inventory.
  • Perform other related duties within the scope of the position as required to meet the organization's ongoing needs.
Desired Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Sales/Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
