Contribute to SOPs, protocols, and other laboratory documentation.

About the Role
We are looking for a Research Associate to join our Analytical Method Development and Quality Control team, with a focus on Environmental Monitoring and microbiological testing in a GMP environment.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working in the lab, pays attention to detail, and is willing to learn. You will work closely with Quality, Manufacturing, and other teams to support routine monitoring, microbiological testing, and day-to-day laboratory activities.

Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
Onsite expectations: The majority of our roles at Terrestrial are onsite, which allows us to meet both business and team needs. Candidates applying must be willing to be onsite 4-5 days per week.
