Requirements
  • Currently studying in the final year of an undergraduate degree or a master's degree in Business Administration, Business, Human Resources, or a similar field.
  • Must be able to sign an internship agreement with the university for a 35–40-hour weekly schedule and a minimum duration of six months.
  • High level of English and Spanish.
  • Good communication skills and ability to interact well with people.
Responsibilities
  • Publish vacancies on different job portals.
  • Conduct initial résumé screening according to defined criteria.
  • Support pre-screening calls.
  • Support the preparation of candidate reports for presentation to managers.
  • Collaborate on search filters for intern and junior vacancies.
  • Coordinate with Labor Relations teams to follow up on new-hire registrations and with Information Technology teams to assign equipment and access to new hires.
  • Support administrative tasks, including managing internship agreements, sending forms, coordinating technical tests, and coordinating internal events.
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous Human Resources experience.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach, willingness to learn, and ability to work in dynamic environments.

Mango Secures $3M to Solve Construction Cash Flow

Mexican fintech Mango has secured a $3m funding round led by Ironspring Ventures to address cash flow issues in Latin America's construction industry. The funding will help Mango expand its credit and payments infrastructure, grow its contractor and supplier network, and enhance its internal teams. BBVA Spark also provided a credit facility. Mango's platform offers embedded credit and real-time risk intelligence to streamline procurement workflows and mitigate payment delays in construction.
