Requirements
  • A High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • One to two years of Mechanical or Electrical experience, or previous production-environment experience, is preferred.
  • Ability to read and understand technical procedures and instructions.
  • Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions from supervisors and managers.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
  • Must be able to wear personal protective equipment, including protective eyewear, a hard hat, lab coat, gloves, steel-toed shoes, hearing protection, and respirators.
  • Must be able to safely access and traverse indoor and outdoor obstacles for site inspections, including climbing ladders, walking on stairs and catwalks, and traversing uneven surfaces.
  • Must be able to meet the stated physical and environmental demands, including frequent standing, sitting, hand and finger dexterity, respirator use, confined-space work, and continual walking of up to 10 miles per day.
Responsibilities
  • Perform lot-start services by transferring wafers from FOSB to FOUP.
  • Perform lot-finish services by transferring wafers from FOUP to FOSB and vacuum-sealing them for delivery.
  • Perform the FOUP induction process by washing new FOUPs, creating FOUP identification and barcode labels, and associating FOUPs with the AMHS system.
  • Maintain the cleaning program for all FOUPs on the AMHS system.
  • Process lab-user requests in the TME database, including packaging and material requests such as FOUP keys, clean FOSB, SWS, and cassettes.
  • Maintain the FOUP Overflow program by pulling FOUPs in and out and updating the tracking list.
  • Clean and reuse empty FOSB, cassettes, and SWS units.
  • Inspect, clean, and reuse safety glasses.
  • Collect and ship unwanted wafers to B21 for reclaim.
  • Maintain and process requests in the WFM program.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management.
