  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required

Responsibilities
  • Oversee patient valuables and personal belongings, ensuring patient inquiries are addressed as quickly as possible
  • Concise documentation of all patient belongings and valuables delivered to us for safekeeping
  • Return of all items to the patient or their Authorized Person/Representative (APR)
  • Organize items with current inventory on file for reference
  • Ensure timely return of all patient belongings and valuables upon discharge from the facility
  • Collaborate with Nursing Leadership and staff, ensuring adherence with internal policies and applying best practices to identify performance improvement opportunities
Desired Qualifications
  • Expertise in complaint resolution, customer service and healthcare experience preferred
