  • A minimum of 1–2 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman in an industrial construction setting.
  • A thorough understanding of electrical systems, wiring methods, and safety protocols.
  • Expertise in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
  • Proficiency in using electrical tools and equipment, including meters, testing devices, and power tools.
  • Knowledge of electrical codes and regulations, with a commitment to ensuring compliance.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to project sites as needed.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a team of electrical technicians and subcontractors on industrial construction projects.
  • Plan and coordinate all electrical activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, codes, and safety standards.
  • Oversee the installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems, equipment, and components.
  • Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement project schedules and budgets.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with design specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues, providing technical expertise and guidance to the team.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, daily logs, and change orders.
