Responsibilities
  • Expand Anchor Loans' brand presence and broker origination volume within the assigned territory by developing and executing a strategic market growth plan focused on acquiring, activating, and growing relationships with real estate investment loan brokers.
  • Drive broker production by exceeding sales goals through acquiring new broker relationships, re-engaging inactive accounts, and growing existing broker partners using business-purpose lending products.
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with mortgage brokers, broker owners, and referral partners, positioning Anchor Loans as a preferred lending partner for fix-and-flip, bridge, ground-up construction, and other business-purpose loan products.
  • Identify opportunities to increase market share by monitoring competitive pricing, market trends, and broker feedback, and partnering with internal stakeholders on pricing initiatives, promotions, and broker-focused campaigns.
  • Educate brokers on products, underwriting guidelines, processes, and value propositions to increase product adoption and broker confidence throughout the lending process.
  • Partner with Operations, Underwriting, Credit, and Closing teams to ensure a strong broker experience from initial submission through loan funding and proactively resolve service-level issues.
  • Manage an active pipeline of broker-submitted opportunities by monitoring loan status, identifying obstacles, and collaborating with brokers and internal teams to move transactions toward closing.
  • Represent Anchor Loans at industry conferences, trade shows, networking events, brokerage meetings, and other business development opportunities to increase brand awareness and generate broker partnerships.
  • Use customer relationship management tools to manage broker relationships, document sales activities, track pipeline performance, and maintain accurate records of client interactions and opportunities.
  • Assist brokers with deal structuring and preliminary loan qualification to improve submission quality, approval outcomes, and funding outcomes.
  • Conduct business in accordance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical lending standards while identifying and escalating potential fraud or unethical broker activity.

  • Experience with customer relationship management systems is preferred.
