Responsibilities
  • Build a strong candidate pipeline through sourcing and screening for open roles in engineering, hardware, design, product, data/analytics, and occasionally G&A
  • Lead collaboration with team leaders to forecast hiring goals and needs
  • Build and drive scalable recruiting processes and strategies with an eye on candidate experience
  • Facilitate job offers and new hire onboarding
  • Track candidates through an ATS platform and report on hiring metrics to business leaders
