Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience designing custom solutions for clients, using data as the primary input.
  • Advanced-level proficiency in data analysis, with proven ability to translate data into compelling insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Product, Research, or Strategy experience at a Tech or Consulting company is a plus, as well as a familiarity with data collection methodologies.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the digital ecosystem and online user behaviors.
  • A solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to take business problems and design ways to solve them using data.
  • Skilled at building rapport, establishing trust, and creating emotional engagement with internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Discipline to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with total commitment to quality and timelines.
  • Curiosity to embrace different perspectives and to collaborate with diverse stakeholders including data scientists, engineers, sales, and a range of clients across industries.

Responsibilities
  • Discover client pain points and design solutions that solve their problems using custom web analytics datasets.
  • Partner with the sales team to scope, price, plan, and deliver custom advisory projects.
  • Collaborate with Data Collection, Data Scientists, and Engineering to create and deliver best-in-class datasets throughout the life cycle of the project, focusing on QA.
  • Deliver world-class insights and actionable recommendations to clients through the analysis of scoped project data. Outputs can be data files, PPT decks, or in-person presentations.
  • Acting as a trusted partner communicating directly with clients for the entire project lifecycle in conjunction with the sales teams.
  • Expertly manage and execute multiple projects at any time, moving them from pre-sale to post-sale, including project scoping, pricing, execution, delivery, renewals and upsells, acting as the project owner, keeping internal and external stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Identify growth opportunities with tech clients and develop a strategic plan with senior management to create capabilities and capture new markets.
