About the job

Requirements
  • Three or more years running outbound or growth systems at B2B software companies between seed and about $50 million in annual recurring revenue, including at least one build from zero.
  • Outbound campaigns built and run that produced quality marketing-qualified leads that booked meetings, with demonstrable list logic, sequence, reply numbers, and meeting numbers.
  • High artificial intelligence fluency, demonstrated by an automation or artificial intelligence agent built that is still running in production.
  • Experience and skills building an artificial-intelligence-managed, high-quality content-generation engine.
  • Ability to turn positioning, customer pain points, and proof points into outbound sequences that earn responses from senior buyers, and systematically improve the narrative based on campaign data and sales feedback.
  • Sending infrastructure set up or repaired and managed, including domains, warmup, list verification, and deliverability.
  • Knowing when to buy or build, with demonstrated experience managing vendors to deliver outcomes.
  • An attribution setup or dashboard that a sales team used to make decisions.
  • A robust A/B testing methodology operated at scale and across channels.
  • Experience running pre- and post-live in-person event campaigns.
Responsibilities
  • Build and run the outbound engine and the systems behind it, including sending infrastructure, list building and enrichment, the campaign pipeline through managed agents, the CRM, and measurement.
  • Put the written go-to-market plan and outbound motion into operation, launch the first campaigns, measure them, and report what moved.
  • Own positive-reply rate, meetings booked, and pipeline sourced by outbound as performance measures.
  • Build or buy agents for repeatable work and own their output.
  • Have the outbound campaign pipeline running as agents, covering list building, enrichment, personalization, quality checks, and reply triage, wired together as reusable skills.
  • Launch the first campaign in one vertical and measure it weekly against a positive-reply floor agreed before launch, with a hold-out group.
  • Put sending infrastructure live, including cousin domains, warmed mailboxes, list verification, and deliverability monitoring.
  • Consolidate company contacts, deals, and history in one agentic CRM and keep it clean.
  • Track GA4, Google Search Console, and the website’s conversion path end to end.
Desired Qualifications
  • CRM automations using Monaco or another agentic CRM.
  • A CRM build or migration, including moving data and history.
  • Python or TypeScript, SQL, and shipped code using APIs and webhooks to connect systems.
  • Claude Code or another agent framework; n8n or Zapier.
  • Explorium, Clay, or other contact enrichment and verification at list scale.
  • Content operated for someone else, including publishing, distribution, and measurement.
  • A strong social following.
  • A portfolio of past work.
  • Design skills and high standards for AI-generated outputs.

About the company

Ciridae provides end-to-end AI transformation services that help organizations become AI-first. It combines strategy with hands-on implementation to identify high-impact opportunities, modernize data foundations, and deploy production-grade AI systems that automate workflows across business functions. Its process includes diligence and risk assessment, workflow redesign, full-stack system construction (with integrations to existing systems), and ongoing command-and-control operations to monitor performance, handle exceptions, and iterate in production. Ciridae sits between traditional consulting and engineering teams, offering quick initial solutions and scalable architectures for longer-term transformation, especially in environments with legacy processes. The goal is to enable enterprises and PE-backed operators to adopt AI at scale, improve efficiency through automation, and maintain reliable, governed AI systems over time.

  • It claimed more than 20 partners and high seven-figure 2025 revenue.
  • July 2026 hiring showed five roles, signaling active delivery expansion.

What critics are saying

  • Ciridae still depends on a tiny founding team and fresh venture capital.
  • Its service-heavy model invites Accenture, Slalom, and boutique AI consultancies into direct competition.
  • A failed PE rollout wave ends Ciridae's growth story.

What makes Ciridae unique

  • Ciridae sells AI transformation, not software, bundling strategy, implementation, and operations.
  • It targets PE-backed industrial firms in construction, logistics, restoration, and home services.
  • Founders Jack Soslow and Jack Weissenberger combine a16z dealmaking with Apple ML depth.

Ex-Apple and a16z founders raise $20M to bring AI to mid-market 'real economy' firms

Ciridae, founded by former Andreessen Horowitz partner Jack Soslow and ex-Apple machine learning lead Jack Weissenberger, has raised $20 million in seed funding led by Accel to bring AI to mid-market businesses in the "real economy". Andreessen Horowitz and General Catalyst also participated. The startup targets sectors like home services, construction and industrial distribution, initially focusing on private equity-backed companies. Ciridae works with over 20 partners and generated high seven-figure revenue in 2025. The company replaces traditional CRM, project management and working capital tools with AI operating systems. One Dallas construction client reduced monthly accounting processes from two weeks to a single click. The founders argue that mid-market businesses face existential risk if they fail to adopt AI but lack resources for transformation.
