- At least five years of sales experience in B2B business, preferably serving home builders, housing equipment, electrical materials, or piping materials customers; the products handled may be of any kind.
- At least three years of experience in air conditioning or the air conditioner business.
- A record of strong sales performance and the ability to execute toward targets.
- Knowledge of B2B business and the housing equipment industry.
- Sales experience in air-conditioning product distribution channels.
- Ability to act and execute independently based on sales strategy.
- Ability to communicate smoothly with internal and external stakeholders and related departments.
- Native-level Japanese proficiency.
- Conduct sales activities with distributors and trading companies, develop new customers and sales channels, and handle daily sales activities and operations for route sales.
- Propose air conditioners to home builders.
- Collaborate with sales agencies and trading companies and build relationships with them.
- Develop sales channels in housing equipment routes in line with sales strategy.
- Develop new customers and business partners.
- Analyze the market and provide internal feedback on market and customer information.
- Prepare and share reports and materials internally.
- Create annual and monthly sales plans based on business plans.
- Manage sales-plan progress and conduct sales activities to achieve targets.
- Substantially expand air conditioner sales through B2B distribution channels.
- Promote adoption and standard specification of the company's products, primarily with home builders.
