About the Company

Universal

Asset-light freight transportation and logistics provider

Universal Logistics Holdings provides customized transportation and logistics solutions through an asset-light model across the United States, Mexico, and Canada via a network of agents and independent owner-operators. It offers four service areas: truckload (dry van, flatbed, and specialized transport), intermodal (freight moved in containers or trailers), contract logistics (value-added services and material handling), and brokerage (matching shippers with third-party carriers). The company differentiates itself with its North American reach, flexible asset-light model, and a broad, multi-modal service suite that avoids reliance on a single fleet. Its goal is to help clients optimize supply chains with scalable, adaptable logistics solutions.
