- Be comfortable emailing and calling unfamiliar contacts and following up multiple times.
- Stay organized, detail-focused, and reliably follow through independently.
- Be comfortable using artificial intelligence tools and learning new systems quickly.
- Write and send outreach emails and follow-ups to dentists, schools, news outlets, and community partners.
- Research the appropriate contact at each organization and keep the outreach customer relationship management system current with contact, response, and next-step information.
- Manage inbound responses and route items requiring a person’s attention.
- Use Claude and the organization's artificial intelligence systems to draft, review, and organize material, and read all content before it is sent.
- Support scheduling, shadow-day coordination, and day-to-day administrative work for the media team.
- Experience with spreadsheets, Canva, social media, or customer-facing work.
