Requirements
  • Have at least 2 years of recent experience in active medicine.
  • Have successfully completed a cardiac arrhythmia course.
  • Have a valid driver's license and personal automobile for transportation.
  • Be a member in good standing of the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers auxiliaires du Québec (OIIAQ).
  • Provide an up-to-date résumé, current CPR card, and judicial record check (Plumitif) issued within the last 3 months.
  • Be available for day, evening, and night shifts, alternating 8-hour or 12-hour shifts on a 7-days-working/7-days-off cycle.
Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care and medical treatments, and ensure the comfort of patients admitted to active medicine and short-stay services.
  • Assess patients' health, monitor vital signs, and collaborate closely with clinical nurses and physicians.
  • Conduct rigorous monitored surveillance and promptly identify cardiac abnormalities.
  • Maintain clinical records and actively participate in interdisciplinary care plans.
