Requirements
  • Deep familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts as both a user and a publisher.
  • Strong writing ability for captions and hooks.

Responsibilities
  • Own the social calendar across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and X.
  • Schedule and publish content across multiple Swish accounts, routing posts to the appropriate brand.
  • Write captions and hooks that match the voice of each account.
  • Monitor comments and direct messages and engage with the community through replies, likes, and follows.
  • Track social performance using the social spreadsheet, including what posted, when it posted, how it performed, and lessons learned.
  • Identify emerging audios, formats, and conversations and bring them to the team before they peak.
  • Coordinate with creators and editors to keep the content pipeline moving.
  • Support live show promotion through live-now posts, recap content, and event coverage on Fanatics Live, Whatnot, and TikTok.
  • Ideate and pitch daily content, including series concepts, one-off posts, reactive posts, and recurring formats.
