The Role:
Lead the strategic management of Entegris' CMP Padsengagementfor leading-edge logic and memory. This roleis responsible fordefining long-term business and technology strategy, shaping product roadmaps, driving portfolio and lifecycle management, and aligning R&D innovationtocustomer requirementswithdirect customervisitrequirement. The position owns business performance and works across global functions to accelerate growth.
In this role you will:
Define and execute long-term strategy for the Pads business in advanced logic and memory markets.
Drive the Pads portfolio and business performance, including revenue, profitability, and market share growth.
Lead product lifecycle management from concept through commercialization and end-of-life planning.
Partner with R&D to prioritize innovation investments and technology development roadmaps.
Translate future customer and market needs into product and technology strategies.
Identifyand develop new growth opportunities with strategic customers including TSMC, Micron, SKhynix, Samsung, and Intel.
CoordinateR&D,Operations,TPM, MQEand SupplyChainaround strategic business prioritiesand drive NPI completion.
Guide portfolio, pricing, and investment decisions to maximize long-term business value.
