About the Company

Cardiovascular Associates of America

Physician-first cardiovascular care partnerships with capital

Overview: CVAUSA provides capital, resources, and advisory support to cardiovascular practices so they can grow while keeping clinical autonomy. How it works: The company partners with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and practice staff, offering capital, operational guidance, and access to an internal network of experts. It also arranges revenue-enhancing opportunities with risk-bearing organizations to help practices expand. This support is delivered with a physician-first ethos that prioritizes partnership and alignment with the practice’s goals. Differences from competitors: CVAUSA emphasizes physician autonomy, a true partner-driven model, and an extensive internal network plus structured arrangements to boost revenue and growth, rather than a traditional capital-only or management-driven approach. Goal: Inspire transformative change by providing the best business models and administrative processes for cardiovascular physicians and their practices.
