Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or related practical experience
  • 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering (Java, React, Javascript, Oracle database strongly preferred)
  • 5+ years of professional experience particular with eCommerce Search Tool, for instance, Consultation, Search Tool development and optimization with its solution implementation from planning
  • Experience with AI/MI Search Tool development and implementation particular Coveo Tool is preferred
  • Experience Full Stack Software Engineer with architecture design background preferred
  • Real world experience in JAVA and experience building REST services that support high volume transactions in highly available environments
  • Experience building web applications with a modern JavaScript framework
  • Working knowledge of cloud frameworks & design patterns such as Micro-services, Micro-UI
  • Proven track of record of designing and building complex solutions
  • Good understanding of database concepts and experience with SQL solutions.
Responsibilities
  • Lead software system design, development, and delivery
  • Monitor, support and drive Search Tool performance and reliability for business continuity and growth including debugging and solving operation issue
  • Work with internal eCommerce cross functional team to address complex problem, define process or end to end solution improvement and implementation, for instance, Data Team, Dev Ops, UI and eCommerce backend core software engineering team
  • Performs as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for at least one platform or application component
  • Ability to convert business requirements into technical specifications and designs
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to quickly grasp complex concepts and learn innovative technologies
