  • Experience working in a professional, client-facing support role, preferably in the legal technology industry.
Responsibilities
  • Provide hands-on disputes technology support, including managing electronic documentation and uploading and organizing material according to client instructions.
  • Action requests promptly and conduct quality checks of team tasks across multiple concurrent matters.
  • Liaise directly by telephone and email with solicitors and barristers, advise on best practices, and assist with technical queries.
  • Manage the team inbox and internal communication with other departments efficiently.
  • Use advanced platform knowledge to manipulate, reformat, and convert Excel and CSV files for data import and export.
  • Troubleshoot client-reported issues and liaise internally until resolution is reached.
  • Process exports and printing requests, assist with quality control, and deliver hard-copy hearing bundles.
  • Work with the Client Services team before and during hearings to ensure proceedings run smoothly.
  • Record task information promptly and accurately for billing.
