About the job
- A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of managerial experience are required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- A valid driver's license and a good driving record are required.
- Ability to drive revenue and customer service levels with a high sense of urgency is required.
- Excellent communication skills are required to communicate with internal and external customers and ensure satisfaction.
- Ability to work with technical applications and mechanical systems is required.
- Manage day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Control labor and material costs and ensure service levels meet customer expectations.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, below budget, and to the customer's satisfaction.
- Review monthly financial and operational reports and work with front-line managers to develop improvement action plans.
- Assist with employee and job scheduling and technical and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Improve field-force performance through regular coaching of managers and yearly performance reviews.
- Assist with hiring, training, and developing employees.
- Communicate with customers to ensure the highest quality service has been provided.
- Develop and lead monthly safety meetings, department meetings, and profit-and-loss reviews.
