Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Compliance, Risk Management, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Compliance, Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Controls, Governance, Business Process Analysis or Improvement, Audit, Regulatory Compliance, Operations Support, or related disciplines.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including SharePoint, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong organization, documentation, and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments and organizational levels.
  • Ability to communicate in person, by telephone, email, and virtual collaboration tools.
  • Ability to use standard office equipment and possess the manual dexterity, visual acuity, and communication skills necessary to perform essential job functions.

Responsibilities
  • Review and report on current regulatory requirements and export controls, tariffs, quotas, customs, duties, and related obligations.
  • Coordinate with nuclear and non-nuclear business units and corporate functions.
  • Review project logistics plans and shipping strategies across industrial engineering, procurement, and construction projects.
  • Assist with policy, procedure, and control documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance, risk, and operational requirements into business processes.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, workflows, process maps, RACI matrices, process architecture, and governance frameworks.
  • Coordinate continuous improvement and process standardization initiatives.
  • Analyze processes and controls to identify risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Support risk assessments, risk registers, and mitigation activities.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators, key risk indicators, scorecards, dashboards, and management reports.
  • Assist with program system administration, reporting, data management, and workflow support.
  • Support audits, assessments, investigations, corrective actions, and remediation tracking.
  • Support governance councils, committees, and other cross-functional initiatives.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, meeting materials, and action-item tracking.
  • Support compliance technology platforms, document repositories, records retention, and information governance activities.
  • Assist with workflow automation, reporting solutions, and process management tools.
  • Support the development and delivery of training, communications, and awareness initiatives.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience supporting compliance, governance, Enterprise Risk Management, audit, or internal control programs.
  • Lean Six Sigma, business process management, or continuous improvement experience.
  • Familiarity with export controls, nuclear compliance, third-party risk management, due diligence, or policy governance.
  • Experience in engineering, construction, industrial services, energy, or related industries.

Zachry Group awarded Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contract for NiSource's Combined Cycle Generation Project. SAN ANTONIO-(BUSINESS WIRE)-Zachry Group (Zachry) has been awarded the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contract for NiSource Inc.'s Combined Cycle Generation Project, a major infrastructure project located near Wheatfield, Indiana. The facility will support NiSource's delivery of electricity to a third-party customer and includes two nominal 1,300-megawatt gas-fired combined cycle units in a 2 x 2 x 1 configuration. A subsidiary of NiSource Inc. will own and operate the facility. The EPC contract will be executed by a joint venture between Zachry Group and Quanta Services, Inc. (Quanta). Zachry will lead engineering, procurement, project management, construction planning, and commissioning, drawing on its five decades of experience designing and building over 100 gas-fired facilities totaling more than 60,000 megawatts. Quanta will contribute field-level leadership and craft workforce management through its operating companies. This collaborative approach is designed to enhance execution certainty, optimize labor resources, and deliver cost-effective, high-quality infrastructure.
