Requirements
  • The Data Analyst - Junior - Transition and Economic Development shall have consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five (5) years
  • Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and related tools and technology required for the position
  • All employees shall conduct themselves in the highest possible standards of ethical and business conduct
  • The candidate shall ensure that duties are performed in a competent and professional manner that meets milestones/delivery schedules as outlined
  • Minimum Education for the position is a High School Diploma
  • Positions as Data Analyst - Junior require 3 years minimum experience providing services and working in structured environments as an Administrative Assistant specifically related to Transition and Economic Development and Strategic Support for specialized areas such as government policy and operational programmatic efforts related to the transition of Service members from military service to civilian life
  • U.S. Citizenship is required
  • Must be able to submit to and qualify for varying levels of background investigative requirements, up to a Top Secret or Department of Energy Q clearance
  • Security clearance and facility access requirements apply
  • Travel may be required as described (occasional travel)
  • Location is Northern Virginia, Washington, D.C., Maryland Area
Responsibilities
  • Prepares reports and other program documentation
  • Prepares graphics presentations
  • Plans and coordinates meetings and conferences
  • Performs data entry, filing, and reproduction
  • Applies familiarity with specialized and technical terminology to proofread and edit documents
