Requirements
  • The candidate must hold a Bac+2 BTS in the Collaborateur Juriste Notarial program, first year.
  • The candidate must be able to draft clear and precise legal documents.
  • The candidate must have good proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • The candidate must be able to synthesize complex legal information.
  • The candidate must be proficient with legal research tools such as Dalloz and LexisNexis.
  • The candidate must have knowledge of employment law and intellectual property law.
  • The candidate must be rigorous and methodical, with strong attention to detail.
  • The candidate must be discreet and respect the confidentiality of information.
  • The candidate must be intellectually curious and interested in legal issues.
Responsibilities
  • Participate in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts.
  • Conduct legal research and regulatory monitoring.
  • Prepare files for hearings and negotiations.
  • Analyze applicable case law for ongoing matters.
  • Draft proposed contractual clauses.
  • Coordinate relationships with notaries, bailiffs, and court registries.
  • Draft summaries, meeting reports, and legal memoranda.
  • Monitor legislative and regulatory developments applicable to the company.
  • Assist with the management of disputes and litigation.
  • Manage and organize legal files while observing statutory deadlines.
  • Assist legal counsel and lawyers with drafting legal documents.
Desired Qualifications
  • Proficiency in legal English is appreciated.
