Requirements
  • A minimum of six years of relevant experience in infrastructure, private equity, or private debt investing.
  • The candidate must be able to develop and build strong client relationships.
  • The candidate must have strong communication and presentation skills and be able to concisely communicate complex concepts.
  • The candidate must have demonstrated leadership experience through past professional roles.
  • The candidate must be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop and manage relationships with limited and general partners active in infrastructure and other co-investments.
  • Identify, originate and pitch co-investment advisory opportunities to limited partners, general partners and family offices.
  • Pitch co-investment opportunities originated by other members of the team to limited partner and family office relationships.
  • Prepare and present investment recommendations to client investment committees.
  • Set the strategic direction and implement the strategic plan for the co-investment business unit.
  • Direct the team's due diligence efforts, including commercial, legal, tax and financial due diligence.
  • Liaise with the broader team for cross-group opportunities.

  • Established client relationships and network with limited partners, general partners and family offices is an asset.
