Nabors Q3 revenue rises 6.6% to $872.2M as Latin America growth offsets Middle East hit

Nabors Industries beat Wall Street's revenue forecasts in the third quarter of 2026. Sales rose 6.6% year on year to $872.2 million, against analyst estimates of $856.4 million. Adjusted EBITDA was $245.5 million, also above expectations. Adjusted loss per share came in at $1.24, far worse than the $0.43 loss analysts expected. Growth came from Latin America and the US Lower 48, where the drilling services company redeployed idle rigs and won contracts, including a multi-year award in Venezuela. Saudi rig suspensions hurt Middle East results. Nabors redeemed $100 million in high-coupon debt. Its shares trade at $88.75, up from $81.11 before the results.

Nabors beats Q3 revenue forecasts with $872M as analysts probe Saudi rig suspensions

Nabors Industries beat Wall Street revenue expectations in the third quarter, posting $872.2 million against estimates of $856.4 million, a 6.6% rise from a year earlier. Adjusted EBITDA was $245.5 million, ahead of the $237.9 million analysts expected. Adjusted earnings per share were -$1.24, well below the -$0.43 forecast. Chief executive officer Tony Petrello said the company is redeploying idle rigs into growth markets, notably Latin America and the US Lower 48. Saudi rig suspensions hurt the Middle East business. Chief financial officer Miguel Rodriguez estimated a $5–$6 million cash flow hit in the fourth quarter, which he expects to be short-term. Rodriguez said Nabors enters 2027 with a $1 billion EBITDA run rate. Its shares trade at $88.75, up from $81.11 before the results.

Three US natural gas stocks to watch as LNG demand builds: NGS, NBR, Flowco

Rising US natural gas output, LNG exports and data centre demand are lifting firms that serve the industry, according to a Simply Wall St screen. It also points to consolidation, such as EQT's all-stock move for Range Resources. Natural Gas Services Group rents compression equipment to producers. It earns about $189 million in revenue, $182 million of it from rentals, and has a market value near $419 million. Nabors Industries supplies rigs and drilling software. Its market value is roughly $1.2 billion, and its SANAD newbuild programme of 50 rigs is draining free cash flow for now. Flowco Holdings, valued at $1.8 billion, sells production and methane-capture technology. Its Production Solutions segment brings in about $564 million and Natural Gas Technologies about $313 million.

Nabors lifts cash flow outlook to $100M–$110M as Q3 EBITDA rises 11% to $246M

Nabors Industries beat its own expectations in the third quarter, with adjusted EBITDA up 11% sequentially to $246 million. Stronger international margins, higher US Lower 48 activity, and growth in Drilling Solutions drove the result. The company generated $75 million in adjusted free cash flow and redeemed $100 million of debt. Net leverage fell to 1.7 times, against a long-term target of about one times. International daily gross margin topped $19,000, a record. Saudi rig suspensions and a delayed newbuild rig are expected to cut fourth-quarter free cash flow by $5 million to $6 million. Nabors raised its full-year adjusted free cash flow guidance to $100 million–$110 million. It expects EBITDA of about $930 million, implying a $1 billion annualised run rate entering 2027.

Nabors posts $872M Q3 revenue and $75M free cash flow on record international drilling margin

Nabors Industries reported third quarter 2026 revenue of $872 million, up 7% from the previous quarter. Net loss attributable to shareholders was $11 million. Adjusted EBITDA rose nearly 11% to $246 million. Record daily adjusted gross margin in International Drilling, a larger Lower 48 working fleet, and growth in Drilling Solutions drove the gain. Adjusted free cash flow reached $75 million, up $62 million sequentially, helped by higher profit, lower capital spending, and improved working capital. The company redeemed $100 million of its 9.125% notes with cash on hand. Nabors expects full-year 2026 adjusted EBITDA of about $930 million and adjusted free cash flow of $100 million to $110 million. It targets an annualised adjusted EBITDA run rate of about $1 billion heading into 2027.
