Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Management Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, Product Owner, or hybrid business analysis, quality assurance, and delivery roles within software delivery environments.
  • Experience supporting customer relationship management, enterprise resource planning, or enterprise system implementations.
  • Experience working closely with software development teams on system design, integrations, workflows, and dependencies.
  • Advanced proficiency in Lucidchart, Visio, or similar visual mapping platforms for complex data and workflow visualization.
  • Practical experience using JIRA and Confluence for story management, backlog organization, and documentation.
  • Ability to navigate poorly defined operational problems, establish clear structure, and guide stakeholders toward consensus.
  • Ability to connect business processes with technical designs by visualizing data flows and predicting how system changes affect upstream and downstream platform behaviors.
  • Ability to analytically challenge business requests or technical assumptions and evaluate solution trade-offs with senior team members.
  • Ability to independently identify risks, remove blockers, and proactively drive progress with minimal day-to-day oversight.
  • Ability to establish standardized process mapping, clear requirement traceability, and rigorous knowledge-management practices.
  • Deep understanding of corporate priorities, value drivers, and operational impacts to align technical solutions with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
  • Lead discovery and clarification efforts across ambiguous or evolving initiatives, ensuring requirements are validated, documented, and aligned to delivery readiness standards.
  • Map current-state and future-state business and system processes to identify functional gaps, dependencies, handoffs, and downstream impacts before development.
  • Promote and educate stakeholders on standardized intake frameworks so initiatives enter the engineering pipeline with defined scope, acceptance criteria, and business priorities.
  • Support the design of scalable, process-driven solutions across customer relationship management, enterprise resource planning, Customer Experience Portals, Lead-to-Cash, Field Service, and Revenue Management processes.
  • Partner with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to evaluate solution options, clarify trade-offs, and ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
  • Validate requirements, acceptance criteria, and delivered functionality through stakeholder review, sprint quality assurance testing, and User Acceptance Testing.
  • Surface risks, inefficiencies, unclear ownership, and cross-functional dependencies early to strengthen execution planning and reduce downstream delivery issues.
  • Support stakeholders through User Acceptance Testing and post-go-live hypercare.
  • Establish and promote consistent intake, requirements, and documentation standards to improve delivery predictability and reduce rework.
Desired Qualifications
  • Salesforce experience is highly desirable.
  • Product Owner or product-oriented delivery experience is strongly preferred.
  • Agile or Scrum exposure or certification, including Certified ScrumMaster or Scrum Foundations.
  • Interest in process improvement methods such as Lean or Six Sigma.
