Requirements
  • Must hold a full or provisional Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS or LCAS-A) license in good standing with the Substance Abuse Professional Practice Board.
  • Must maintain licensure as required by the licensing board and attend educational trainings or seminars to stay current on best practices.
  • Must maintain certification in all agency, state, and federal training requirements.
  • Must comply with agency policies and procedures and applicable state and federal statutes and regulations for the program areas.
  • Must follow service definition guidelines for services provided.
  • Must demonstrate knowledge of emergency procedures and assist in crisis situations.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain a therapeutic and safe environment while individuals receive services, and facilitate appropriate linkage and transition into the community upon discharge.
  • Participate in team meetings, person-centered planning, and discharge planning for individuals served on the Behavioral Health Urgent Care, Facility Based Crisis Unit, and Non-Hospital Medical Detox unit.
  • Assist non-licensed staff with in-service training and education of Facility Based Crisis staff in mental health and substance abuse.
  • Interview individuals and families to identify presenting problems, assess mental status and dangerousness, gather psychosocial history, and assign diagnoses to guide interventions toward the individual’s and family’s goals.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy to people of all ages receiving Facility Based Crisis services, using person-centered approaches and best practices.
  • Assess psychiatric crises and provide crisis intervention in coordination with other Facility Based Crisis staff.
  • Maintain medical records in compliance with state, federal, and agency guidelines.
  • Refer individuals and families to appropriate outside agencies to address psychosocial needs upon discharge, including specialty providers, doctors, social services, and Christian ministries, and provide information within confidentiality requirements.
  • Provide crisis assessments, stabilization, and service coordination to de-escalate crisis situations and maintain the lowest level of care that promotes safety.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with individuals, families, staff, monitoring and licensing agencies, organizations, funding resources, and other human service agencies in the communities served.
  • Participate in the agency’s continuous quality improvement activities.
  • Provide clinical consultation to other professionals within Monarch for ongoing professional development and support with difficult client situations.
  • Drive or travel to community locations, agencies, and other outreach destinations as assigned.
  • Attend and actively participate in required meetings and training.
  • Perform other relevant responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Fontana Reports $835.9M Gross Profit Growth

Fontana Limited reported a Q3 2025 gross profit of $835.9 million, a 15.2% increase from the previous year, driven by a 15.3% rise in revenue to $2.2 billion.
