Wills will report to nVent Chair and CEO Beth Wozniak and lead the company's global legal organisation, including compliance, corporate governance and corporate secretary functions. Nelson Wills brings more than 25 years of experience spanning global commercial operations, public-company governance, M&A, intellectual property and regulatory matters. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of MiniMed Group, a multibillion-dollar spin-off from Medtronic that completed its IPO in early 2026.
