Machine Operator

Working with Richardson opens the door to a world of possibility. We currently have an opportunity for aMachine Operator at our Carrington, NDdurum milling and pasta production facility, where we produce Dakota Growers pasta.

Responsibilities:

• Operate packaging equipment according to product specifications and ensure accuracy in weights and codes

• Maintain proper documentation of downtime and repairs. 

• Perform minor repairs and routine maintenance work on equipment

• Continually check the quality of the product, packaging, and case printing according to standard operating procedures and policies, and report any issues

• Maintains cleanliness of equipment at all times

• Proactively identify and execute on continuous improvement opportunities

Qualifications:

• Able to work weekends, holidays and overtime

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution

• Experience operating machines

• Experience in a food manufacturing facility
