About the Job

Requirements

  • Around 4 to 7 years of experience working inside the programmatic advertising ecosystem, with exposure to supply-side platforms, demand-side platforms, ad servers, or exchanges.
  • Prior integration experience with supply partners and practical understanding of bid requests and partner implementations.
  • Deep knowledge of OpenRTB, VAST, ads.txt, sellers.json, Interactive Advertising Bureau Transparency and Consent Framework consent signals, and supply-chain issues in deal ID requests.
  • Ability to code and build integrations, write parsers, and debug bid streams; the specific programming language is less important than shipping working software against external systems.
  • Understanding of supply business concepts, including cost per mille floors, fill rates, revenue share, and exclusivity, and ability to hold both commercial and technical partner conversations.
  • Comfort handling ambiguity and urgency, including partner endpoint changes, requests to launch publishers quickly, and discrepancy reports.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Barcelona.
  • Interest in building and establishing the supply integrations function and its playbook.

Responsibilities

  • Own supply integrations end to end, from partnership calls through prioritization and implementation to bid requests flowing in production.
  • Build and maintain connectors between the exchange and external partners, including protocols, deal mechanics, and consent signals.
  • Represent Publicit technically to supply partners, working with their engineering teams and addressing their constraints to support straightforward onboarding.
  • Shape supply strategy by assessing which supply-side platforms unlock inventory, which publishers merit direct integration, and which partnerships offer broader opportunity.
  • Debug fill-rate mismatches, malformed bid requests, and discrepancies between partner reporting and internal data.
  • Define integration testing, post-launch monitoring, service-level agreements, and incident response processes.
  • Work across the exchange and platform with product and bidder teams to resolve campaign delivery issues in the supply chain.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience working at a supply-side platform, demand-side platform, or ad exchange.
  • Experience onboarding publishers or supply partners at scale.
  • Experience with connected TV or digital out-of-home inventory, including device behavior, ad-break logic, and measurement challenges.
  • Experience building monitoring or alerting for programmatic integrations, such as discrepancy dashboards, bid-stream health checks, or fill-rate anomaly detection.
  • Experience in a European market and understanding of the Transparency and Consent Framework, General Data Protection Regulation, and regional fragmentation in supply operations.
  • Experience with header bidding, Prebid, or server-to-server auction setups and their trade-offs.
  • Experience starting a venture or working at an early-stage company.
