- Five years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
- Oversee the quantity surveying team on offshore and onshore oil, gas, and petrochemical projects through all project phases.
- Utilize Rhicoms software system.
- Prepare invitations to tender and schedules of prices for major construction contracts.
- Develop schedules of rates and associated preambles for unit rate contracts.
- Develop bills of quantities for bid evaluations.
- Perform cost estimating and prepare overall cost forecasts.
- Administer post-contract activities, including detailed measurement of IFC/AFC drawings and subsequent agreement with the fabrication contractor.
- Identify the need for and reach agreement on star rates.
- Confirm the validity of variation order requests and contractor claims.
- Prepare and review change management policies and procedures.
- Travel domestically and internationally up to 10%.
