Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • TSG still promoted Bluehawk in 2026, signaling active commercial use of the team.
  • Bluehawk’s November 2024 sale brought larger-client access and broader delivery resources.
  • Current recruiting for project and technical roles indicates continuing client demand after acquisition.

What critics are saying

  • Bluehawk lost independence after TSG’s November 2024 acquisition, shrinking standalone career identity.
  • TSG integration can duplicate leadership, compress comp bands, and eliminate overlapping consultant roles in 2025-2026.
  • If TSG centralizes delivery, Bluehawk becomes a brand label instead of a durable employer.

What makes Bluehawk unique

  • Bluehawk joined The Select Group on November 12, 2024, adding Pacific Northwest consulting depth.
  • Bluehawk had 360 field employees specializing in business strategy, operations, IT, and marketing.
  • TSG says Bluehawk expands end-to-end consulting across consumer, industrials, communications, and technology.
