Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree is required; Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics is preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Equipment Manager with cost management and review.
  • Serve as a secondary invoice reviewer and approver.
  • Manage equipment billing and daily rate issues.
  • Assist the project manager coordinator, shop foreman, and superintendent as needed.
  • Track and document inspections, registrations, and related permits for equipment, trucks, and trailers, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Assist with truck and equipment maintenance planning and scheduling.
  • Use telematic global positioning system technology to track equipment locations and support maintenance planning, while maintaining accurate global positioning system databases and reporting.
  • Assist with equipment fuel-planning logistics by analyzing available data and working with the Transportation Department to optimize efficiency.
  • Work closely with the Transportation Department to ensure accurate equipment locations and related reporting.
  • Perform other assigned tasks and projects.
