  • Outstanding attention to detail and organizational and time management skills
Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop Affirm's IP portfolio
  • Assist in the preparation, filing, prosecution, and maintenance of U.S. and foreign trademark and patent applications
  • Partner with marketing teams on brand protection strategies
  • Create and refine processes for advising in-house clients on IP clearance, protection, and enforcement
  • Conduct trademark and patent searches, review watch notices, and manage domain name registrations
  • Manage the patent reward program for Affirm inventors
  • Conduct preliminary investigations into potential intellectual property infringements
  • Work across a spectrum of sophisticated legal, business, and strategic issues
