Perform daily upkeep, including trash removal and general cleaning.
Detail clean breezeways, handrails, light fixtures, and utility areas.
Remove weeds, leaves, debris, and trash throughout the property.
Clean and maintain pet waste stations.
Operate the compactor and keep dumpster areas clean and organized.
Assist with seasonal duties, such as salting walkways during winter conditions.
Support overall property maintenance efforts as needed.
Provide friendly and professional service when interacting with residents.
