- Provide technical support and consultation to dealers within the region, focusing on product technical problems to achieve quick resolutions.
- Administer online and face-to-face training courses for Aftersales and Technical staff.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the Hub’s performance on key performance indicators for all aspects of training.
- Support and follow up with dealers on Technical Campaign execution, monitoring, and reporting.
- Identify product quality-related issues, provide feedback to appropriate supporting channels, and follow up until issues are satisfactorily resolved.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to improve dealers’ technical competencies and repair quality according to the manufacturer's quality standards and repair instructions.
- Support dealers' workshop team members effectively.
- Drive improvements in overall service levels, transactional efficiencies, and cost management.
- Provide on-site regional technical support and training for dealers when required.
- Perform homologation checks and follow up.
- Ensure manufacturer training targets are achieved.
- Training experience is beneficial.
- Technician certification; Premium Brand Certification is a plus.
- High Voltage Technician Certification.
- Self-motivated and a team player.
