Responsibilities
  • Maintain guest rooms, hallways, and hotel public areas in a clean, orderly, and attractive condition according to hotel procedures.
  • Stock carts with supplies, replace linens, and replenish guest-room amenities according to company standards and safety procedures.
  • Perform deep cleaning in guest rooms and preventive maintenance tasks when required.
  • Maintain a cordial and helpful manner toward guests and employees.
  • Report to work regularly as established by Avion Hospitality policies and the work schedule, which varies according to hotel needs.
  • Maintain an impeccable personal appearance and hygiene, including properly wearing the uniform and name badge according to brand standards.
  • Follow Avion Hospitality policies and regulations to ensure efficient hotel operations.
  • Clean and fully stock assigned guest rooms during each shift.
  • Complete all pre-cleaning duties, including preparing the housekeeping cart with guest supplies, cleaning products, and linens.
  • Remove waste and take soiled linens, towels, and other items from guest rooms.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by a supervisor or manager.
  • Disassemble furniture or guest-room items as needed to perform deep cleaning.
  • Perform deep-cleaning tasks that may include changing air-conditioning filters, cleaning air-conditioning coils, touching up paint on walls or trim, touching up scratched furniture, or changing stuck sliding doors.
