- A Bachelor's degree in Design, such as interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, or industrial design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is considered.
- A high school diploma is required.
- At least 3 years of progressively responsible experience in user experience.
- Experience with concept ideation, design strategy, prototyping, and crafting visual interfaces.
- Mastery of user experience design and prototyping tools including Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch, Axure, InVision, and Balsamiq.
- Fluency in best practices for mobile and web-based user experience and responsible design, with broad knowledge of usability principles and techniques.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
- Design and deliver high-quality mockups, low- and high-fidelity prototypes, and final production visuals for web, mobile, and application platforms.
- Demonstrate conceptual thinking, pixel-perfect design, and accurate delivery while meeting brand requirements.
- Collaborate with the CEO to establish a design strategy for each design challenge.
- Develop multiple concepts, objectively filter and evolve the strongest ideas, and drive projects through execution.
- Manage multiple problem-solving tasks with little supervision.
- Lead ideation sessions, design studios, and design walkthroughs with development teams and other stakeholders.
- Lead user experience work across the product development lifecycle, including product ideation and definition, design, user research, and usability testing.
- Present objectives, design approaches, and creative solutions to stakeholders in an articulate and persuasive manner.
- Collaborate with developers in a Scrum environment on a day-to-day basis.
- Experience in motion design or front-end coding.
