About the Company

Bridgemans Services

Runs floating hotels for remote project workers

Bridgemans Services runs floating hotels for workers at remote industrial projects, combining accommodation with marine transport and construction. Its vessels, called floatels, house crews near sites where land-based camps are difficult to build, including the Woodfibre natural gas project in British Columbia. The group earns revenue from project contracts that cover shipboard hotel and food services, personnel and cargo transfers, or the construction of docks, berths and breakwaters. It adapts vessels and supporting shore infrastructure to each client's location and operating needs. Founded in 2013, Bridgemans is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
