What you can expect to do in this role:
- Create and update documentation, process mappings, data flow diagrams, reports, and other project artifacts as needed Research and gather requirements for training and documentation needs
- Maintain and update courses in the learning management system
- Gather data on common tools we use and prepare summary pages for leaders
- Prepare communications for internal operations announcements
- Organize business project requirements to help inform timeline and scope
- Support Enablement Specialists with various projects as assigned

What we are looking for:
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in progress, pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Business Communication, Communications, Information Systems Management or similar areas of emphasis (preferred)
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in a customer service focused role (preferred)
- Strong documentation and analytical skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties
- Positive Attitude
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Adapt to and solve challenges quickly and efficiently
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Outstanding collaboration skills
