Requirements
  • An Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, in human services, education, public health, or a related field.

Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support for Assistive Technology New Hampshire programs and activities.
  • Maintain program records, databases, and tracking systems, including equipment loans and participant data.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, trainings, and events.
  • Prepare materials, reports, and correspondence.
  • Support coordination of the assistive technology lending library, including inventory tracking, shipping and receiving, and documentation.
  • Assist with equipment demonstrations, reuse programs, and device preparation.
  • Help ensure accurate data collection for program evaluation and reporting.
  • Support coordination of the assistive technology MakerAbility Hub, including maker coordination and communication, inventory tracking, shipping and receiving, and documentation.
  • Serve as a point of contact for program participants, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Respond to inquiries by phone, email, or in person in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide general information about assistive technology services and resources.
  • Assist in planning and executing trainings, workshops, and outreach events.
  • Coordinate event logistics such as registration, materials, and technology setup.
  • Support virtual and in-person events.
  • Support outreach efforts to community partners, service providers, and organizations.
  • Assist with maintaining resource lists and distributing program information.
  • Contribute to promoting inclusive access to assistive technology across New Hampshire.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in inclusive settings.
  • Familiarity with assistive technology or disability services.
  • Experience with data entry, database management, or program coordination.
  • Event planning or customer service experience.
