About the job

Requirements
  • You have between zero and two years of full time experience. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply, and the company is more interested in how you think and communicate than in where you have previously worked.
  • You write clearly and persuasively because most initial candidate interactions happen in writing.
  • You are comfortable working from an incomplete brief, independently determining what to do, and asking for direction when needed.
  • You can build a funnel model in a spreadsheet and defend the assumptions behind it.
  • You can sustain a high volume of conversations and frequent rejection.
  • You have a genuine interest in artificial intelligence and in what separates strong engineers or strategists from average ones.
  • You can maintain a defensible position when a more senior person disagrees with your candidate assessment and change your position when presented with a better argument.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and source candidates from MBB firms, Big Four consultancies, Palantir, and artificial-intelligence-native companies, and develop new sources as existing ones are exhausted.
  • Write and run outbound campaigns over LinkedIn and email, owning the quality of the writing rather than sending templates written by someone else.
  • Test messaging variants against one another, measure reply and conversion rates, and discontinue approaches that do not perform.
  • Conduct first-round conversations with candidates across the Strategist and Forward Deployed Engineer tracks.
  • Assess candidates against rubrics for technical depth, client presence, and ownership, and improve those rubrics when they produce incorrect outcomes.
  • Make screening recommendations and explain the reasoning to hiring managers, including when they initially disagree with the assessment.
  • Own hiring metrics, including pass-through rates by stage and source, time to offer, offer acceptance rate, and points where candidates most often withdraw.
  • Present hiring metrics in weekly hiring reviews and recommend specific changes based on the results.
  • Maintain the compressed one-week interview loop as candidate volume, interviewers, and open roles increase.
  • Document successful processes so the next team member can execute them without assistance.
  • Identify process bottlenecks or inconsistent outcomes and propose and implement fixes.
  • Build candidate relationships for roles expected to open in the next two quarters.

About the company

Tenex.io provides a Tenant Experience platform for real estate communities, helping property managers and landlords streamline operations and improve tenant relationships. The platform enables real-time communication with tenants through instant notifications, collects tenant feedback, and offers performance analytics. It aims to improve satisfaction and reduce costs by making operations more efficient, especially in crisis situations. Tenex.io is delivered as a subscription service, ensuring ongoing access to features and updates. Its key differentiator is a strong emphasis on tenant experience and feedback-driven improvements, coupled with analytics and crisis-management capabilities, which set it apart from traditional property-management tools. The company’s goal is to help property managers modernize operations, communicate effectively with tenants, and enhance overall tenant satisfaction while lowering operating expenses.

What believers are saying

  • Tenex highlighted ZATCA, SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics integrations on its website.
  • Sanabil Investments backed Tenex, signaling regional credibility and capital access.
  • The company launched no-code modules for contracts, payments, and tenant engagement in 2025.

What critics are saying

  • Tenex’s identity is confusing; investors and candidates see a separate Tenex.ai cybersecurity company.
  • Name collisions dilute search visibility, recruiting clarity, and brand trust immediately.
  • If growth stalls, localized proptech competition from Yardi, SAP, and Oracle crushes expansion.

What makes Tenex unique

  • Tenex centralizes property operations, tenant experience, and compliance integrations across one platform.
  • Tenex reports a footprint across 100 properties in five countries as of July 2026.
  • Tenex targets Middle East and Africa real estate, not generic property management software.
