Requirements
  • Experience as a project manager in the nuclear sector.
  • Strong knowledge of piping, boilermaking, and welding.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD 2D/3D and budget management is preferred.
  • SCN2, RP2, CSQ, H0, B0, and H0V certifications.
  • Computer proficiency for daily use of the internal project and site-monitoring software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for communication with suppliers and internal employees.
Responsibilities
  • Participate in drafting or verifying the project management plan.
  • Prepare technical and commercial offers.
  • Participate in client negotiation meetings.
  • Manage contractual relationships with the client, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal support functions.
  • Validate or define project input data and validate internal subcontracting specifications.
  • Attend contract-start meetings with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Manage project planning and provide regular reporting with support from a planner.
  • Support the bid manager through business-case follow-up.
  • Participate in financial and contractual management of projects, including cost, schedule, and quality.
  • Consult with and monitor subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Provide contractual and technical support to execution agencies during the construction phase.
  • Deploy nuclear safety culture throughout project management.
  • Participate in post-construction lessons-learned meetings and share feedback with project stakeholders.
  • Enter construction-site information into the internal system, including document transmission, fabrication launch, prefabrication progress, site receipt, assembly launch and monitoring, and reporting.
  • Ensure the quality of completed work through analyses and reviews of prefabrication and construction impacts.
  • Create and update construction-site modification sheets.
  • Follow company safety procedures, operating methods, and technical rules.
  • Manage a team of 10 to 35 people.
