Requirements
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor’s degree or higher with an expectation that you will complete your most recent full-time degree program by August 2025 or earlier.
  • At least 6 months of experience in sales OR customer service OR management OR leadership (can include retail experience)
Responsibilities
  • Work with peers and teammates to achieve team and department objectives.
  • Guide loans from application to funded status.
  • Cultivate stellar relationships with our dealerships.
  • Utilize expert judgment to leverage an exception process to win business with Auto Dealers.
  • Maintain a curiosity of tech and products that exist within Capital One that will benefit Auto Dealer partners and their customers.
  • Prompt completion of administrative and team tasks, such as conference calls and expense reports, Computer Based Trainings.
  • Utilize strategic selling in every-day work: relating with customers, discovering customer needs, and advocating for tailored solutions that solve end customer problems.
  • Optimize communications to create deals and goals with dealerships over the phone.
  • Review and troubleshoot application/deal structure in underwriting auto finance loans.
  • Leverage internal exceptions in partnering with dealership customers.
  • Work with Sales leadership on reporting for monthly business reviews.
  • Analyze territory production goals.
  • Plan and prepare productive sales calls and visits by leveraging data and expert storytelling.
  • Orchestrate successful collaboration with inside sales partners and leaders to proactively maximize partnerships with Auto Dealerships providing an iconic experience.
  • Support and eventually own territory business planning that defines sales strategy and approach.
