  • 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably at a healthcare marketplace company
  • Demonstrated experience consistently hitting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and earn trust
  • Demonstrated ability to ‘be an owner’
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate tough objections and get past difficult gatekeepers
  • Demonstrated ability to drive facility action through strong follow ups and consistent touch points

Responsibilities
  • Independently develop and execute against a sales pipeline of interested healthcare facilities across your territory
  • Independently prioritize your outreach efforts based on impact versus effort
  • Engage with facilities in your territory through various methods including in-person visits, phone calls, demos, networking events, existing relationships, and referrals.
  • Consistently hit or exceed monthly quota targets.
  • Seamlessly balance providing white-glove support and app training to facility administrators / schedulers and building strategic relationships with facility decision makers
  • Develop strategic growth plans that incentivize new facility customers to increase usage of Nursa and incorporate Nursa into their daily business processes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams and departments to share facility feedback, solution on facility blockers, and identify facility growth opportunities
  • Please note: This is not just a hunter role. AEs at Nursa are responsible for prospecting and signing new business, but also nurturing that business to a critical mass before handing off to account management.
