About the job
- Completed university degree and 3–5 years of experience in tech recruiting, such as software engineering, data, platform, or product recruiting, in a dynamic environment.
- Strong expertise in in-house tech recruiting and experience hiring for entry-level through senior positions across technical disciplines.
- Experience collaborating with engineering and product leaders and developing long-term talent strategies through talent pools, employer branding activities, and innovative talent acquisition approaches.
- Analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Confident use of modern applicant tracking systems, ideally Ashby, and LinkedIn Recruiter; genuine interest in technology topics and recruiting technologies.
- Business-fluent German and English skills at C1 level or higher.
- Own the end-to-end recruiting process for product and engineering roles, from hiring kickoff and talent mapping through contract signing.
- Partner with engineering and product hiring managers, challenge their assumptions, and contribute tech-market expertise to decision-making.
- Target tech talent through multiple channels and build sustainable talent pools through active sourcing and employer branding initiatives.
- Build the talent pipeline based on sound data and use data actively to advise hiring managers.
- Contribute tech-recruiting expertise to the team, share knowledge about role profiles and market conditions, and strengthen the team's understanding of tech hiring.
- Take ownership of the assigned area and its key performance indicators.
- Experience using Ashby as an applicant tracking system.
