Dishwasher/Porter

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented dishwasher who takes pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards and supporting an efficient kitchen operation. Looking for an individual that is organized, hardworking, and committed to ensuring all dishware, cookware, workstations, and service areas remain clean, sanitized, and ready for use.

Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing station throughout each shift.
• Ensure all cleaning and sanitation procedures meet restaurant health and safety standards.
• Keep kitchen floors, trash areas, storage spaces, and back-of-house workstations clean and orderly.
• Remove trash and recycling promptly and maintain a sanitary work environment.
• Assist kitchen staff with cleaning duties and general support as needed.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is needed.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and a team-first attitude.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to consistently follow established procedures.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Previous restaurant or dishwashing experience is a plus but not required.
