The ideal candidate:

You thrive in an ambiguous environment and when things go wrong, find satisfaction in putting the pieces back together. You think systematically; finding a single elegant and flexible solution that can solve a broad range of use cases. You’re equally comfortable discussing data models with engineers as you are sitting down with the owner of a small business to study the ins and outs of their day-to-day workflows and how to help them make better decisions with actionable insights.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Set vision for the team to work towards, creating a product users love while achieving business goals.

• Deeply understand the customers you serve, keeping them at the forefront of all decisions your team makes, and drive deep empathy for the pains they experience.

• Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure the successful launch and adoption of feature sets, driving growth in user value and revenue.

• Work with Engineering and Design teams to create creative, innovative solutions for the transportation market

• Establish and own a variety of metrics related to performance and consumer outcomes (activation, gross market value, etc)

What you will bring to the team:

• 1-3 years experience shipping products and features that drive customer outcomes as a SaaS Product Manager (preferably from a startup background).

• Experimental mindset: you ship, measure, and iterate instead of spending forever analyzing and debating. 

• Presentation and communication skills to work with executives and stakeholders

• Excellent design & business sense, for example: You know what your favourite and least favourite applications/services are and why

• Experience in Supply Chain/Logistics/Transportation is considered a huge asset
